Abstract: In this master thesis we will study the nanoscale NMR based on the Nitrogen- Vacancy platform by introducing several continuous and pulsed DD schemes and discussing their limitations. For higher sensitivity of quantum sensing, we develop a new robust sequence, which is independent of the external field and robust under errors, to archive polarization transition for fast rotating spins. In the end, we will forecast possible improvements of our sequence when applying it in the real experimental setup.
